The composition of the CD is esthetically beautiful and harmonic music as well as brilliant interpretation of the art of harp and technical mastery of Kiviharju.

The performing artists on the CD Aria include, harpist Kirsi Kiviharju and organist Kalevi Kiviniemi. However the CD is considered of a solo CD, as it includes mainly harp solos, with the exception of two pieces. One of the duos is Fantaisie by Dubois, originally written for harp solo and orchestra. The orchestral part of this work is arranged by Kiviniemi for his own instrument. The works on the CD are French, composed in the 1700s and 1800s.
The harp is a rare instrument in Finland. However Kiviharju strives to elevate the popularity of the harp as an instrument for solo and chamber music, as it is naturally known in other parts of the world.
The CD was recorded by Mika Koivusalo in the Kerava Church in Finland.
